Veterans Rest

(VetRest) We intend to obtain property through grants and donations to begin housing Veterans starting with the homeless Female Veteran and their family. VetRest is a non-profit project that will provide transitional in place to permanent housing and supportive services for Female Homeless Veterans with or without families that are battling chronic homelessness. We will provide peer mentoring and support through the uses of numerous government and private programs along with benefit application support.

(VFR) This entity is more than just a battered shelter. It is our intention to provide first immediate protection for Veterans and their family escaping domestic violence and intimate partner violence of all forms. Utilizing the same model temporary to transition in place to permanent housing that we use for VetRest. We will provide and help create a new life using tangible resources, contact lines with pick up in the states we operate, immediate refuge, education, career guidance for changes, along with a partnership with local, public, private, and government resources, along with benefit application support if they choose.

Dependents

Dependents

Dependents is a non-profit entity under the Vet Opps umbrella to help assist the dependents of Veterans find, ascertain and understand benefits along with additional resources. Dependents with surviving Veterans, will be offered classes to help care for the Veteran and receive caregiver support.  Vet Opps will use various Veteran resources including but not limited to state, local, and governmental programs available to help the dependent assist their Veteran and themselves.
